In a heart-stopping showdown at the Hungaroring, the 2025 Hungarian Grand Prix Budapest F2 Sprint Race delivered a spectacle of speed, skill, and controversy that left fans on the edge of their seats.

Pepe Marti emerged victorious, claiming his third win of the season in the Formula 2 sprint race. The Spanish driver faced intense pressure from Alex Dunne in the final lap, with Dunne launching a fierce attack in a bid to snatch the lead. A late safety car restart set the stage for a dramatic conclusion, as Marti’s slight mistake allowed Dunne to close in.

Ultimately, Marti held onto his lead, crossing the finish line just two-tenths of a second ahead of Dunne. However, both drivers are now facing investigations, with Marti accused of erratic driving and Dunne under scrutiny for a possible yellow flag violation.

Meanwhile, Jak Crawford seized the opportunity to clinch the final spot on the podium with a bold move on Arvid Lindblad, who struggled with pace towards the end of the race.

The Hungaroring witnessed exhilarating wheel-to-wheel action, unexpected twists, and a nail-biting finish that showcased the incredible talent and determination of the drivers. Stay tuned for more updates and analysis from the thrilling 2025 F2 season!
