In a stunning display of skill and speed, the 2025 F1 Belgian Grand Prix free practice session at Spa delivered jaw-dropping results that left fans on the edge of their seats. The talented Oscar Piastri set the track on fire, outperforming top contenders like Lando Norris and Max Verstappen by a significant margin.

During the adrenaline-pumping 60-minute practice session, Piastri dominated the circuit, clocking an impressive 1:42.022 on the soft tires. Not content with just one stellar lap, he pushed even further on his second attempt, gaining an additional 0.101s to solidify his top position.

Max Verstappen, feeling the absence of Christian Horner for the first time in a Red Bull on-track session, secured the second spot, while Norris had to recover from an early mistake that cost him valuable time. Despite a rocky start that saw him briefly off-track in the gravel, Norris managed to clinch the third spot with a commendable 1:42.526 lap.

In a fierce battle for supremacy, Mercedes’ drivers showcased their prowess with George Russell and Kimi Antonelli taking the fourth and sixth positions respectively. Ferrari’s Charles Leclerc outshone Lewis Hamilton, securing the fifth position and leaving the seven-time world champion trailing by a significant 0.15s.

The competition is heating up as the 2025 F1 Belgian Grand Prix approaches, with drivers pushing themselves to the limit in pursuit of victory. Stay tuned for more exhilarating updates and get ready to witness a thrilling race weekend unfold at Spa!
