Škoda has announced that it has already produced 100,000 units of the Elroq, a milestone reached less than a year after the launch of its second 100% electric model, which began production in early 2025. The unit marking the occasion is an Elroq RS, the sporty variant of the range, in Mamba Green, and equipped with two electric motors. The speed at which this number was reached will largely be explained by the commercial success of the Elroq: according to the brand from Mladá Boleslav, in the first three quarters of this year, it was the second best-selling electric model in Europe.
“Producing 100,000 units of the Elroq in less than a year of serial production is a great achievement for the entire team. This also reflects rigorous preparation and specific adaptations to our production processes. From the beginning, we have made the most of the flexibility to build battery electric and combustion vehicles on the same line. The result is clear: the enormous response from customers highlights the excellent manufacturing quality of cars Made in Mladá Boleslav,” said Andreas Dick, member of the Škoda Auto management for Production and Logistics. It is worth noting that the Elroq comes off a flexible production line, where the Enyaq, also electric and based on the MEB platform, and the Octavia, with combustion engines and based on the MQB platform, are still produced.

Together with the Enyaq, the sixth best-selling 100% electric model in Europe in the first nine months of 2025, the Elroq has raised the number of electric cars delivered by Škoda to customers globally to nearly 120,000. According to the VW Group manufacturer, the Elroq is even the best-selling fully electric car in countries such as the Czech Republic, Denmark, and Slovakia, and ranks among the top electric cars in the Austrian, Dutch, and Swiss markets.
