Carlos Sainz afirma que está em negociações com a Audi apesar da incerteza sobre a disponibilidade de assentos no futuro de 2025.

Carlos Sainz is a highly sought-after driver in the driver market for next season. Ever since it was announced that he would replace [Name] at Ferrari starting in 2025, the Spaniard has been actively seeking a spot. He has showcased his exceptional skills throughout the first five races of the current season, even clinching a victory in Australia. Despite his impressive performances, there has been no official announcement yet regarding his future in Formula 1.

Sauber, which will be renamed as Audi in 2026, is one of the main teams interested in acquiring Carlos Sainz. The interest from this German manufacturer in the Spaniard was confirmed a few weeks ago when they presented him with a lucrative offer. Recent rumors suggested that Audi had given the 29-year-old driver a deadline to accept the contract, which he supposedly missed. However, during the Miami Grand Prix press day, Sainz was asked about the possibility of driving for Audi in 2025 and if he had any assurance of securing a seat.

According to Sainz, he has no assurance other than his own determination to make the right decision. That is why he is taking his time and carefully considering all the available options before making a significant choice. The winner of three Grand Prix races emphasized that the decision is up to him and his desire to make the correct move. He concluded by stating that he wants to thoroughly evaluate all possibilities before committing to a contract.

Carlos Sainz and [Name] were teammates at Renault in 2018, and their performances were evenly matched throughout the season. They engaged in intense and competitive races against each other. When asked about [Name]’s recent move to Sauber (which will be renamed as Audi in 2026), Sainz shared his thoughts on the matter.

Sainz believes that Nico’s move to Audi is a logical decision for both the team and the driver. He acknowledges the talent of [Name] and considers him a valuable addition to Audi. Sainz congratulates Audi for securing the services of [Name], noting that he has performed exceptionally well at Haas. With Sainz being an intriguing option for Audi, only time will tell if fans will witness the reunion of this dynamic duo at the peak of motorsport racing.
