Verstappen insinua os verdadeiros sentimentos da Red Bull sobre a saída de Newey.

Max Verstappen insinuated that the recent success of Red Bull in Formula 1 is not solely attributed to Adrian Newey, hinting at the team’s true feelings about Newey’s imminent departure. Newey, who has been at Red Bull for almost two decades, played a crucial role in transforming the team into a dominant force from 2010 to 2013 as technical director. He continued to contribute to the team’s success in his role as “global chief technical officer”. While many in the F1 paddock and beyond were shocked by Newey’s impending exit, there is a strong indication that Red Bull itself is not concerned because his influence has diminished over time. Some even believe that Newey had no real contribution to the RB20 in 2024. Verstappen expressed his preference for Newey to stay, but also acknowledged that Red Bull’s technical team, excluding Newey, is very strong and has shown its competitiveness in recent years. Verstappen believes the situation is not as dramatic as it seems from the outside, as he understands the dynamics within the team.

The change in Newey’s role has moved him away from the day-to-day technical leadership, with Pierre Wache taking over as technical director. Newey has taken on a super consultant position, providing guidance and leadership on specific aspects of car design and development. Red Bull team principal Christian Horner previously described the technical team as a “machine” that emerged from the freedom given to Newey to work on other projects beyond his role at Red Bull. Verstappen acknowledges that there will never be anyone like Newey again, but believes that his departure can inspire those already at Red Bull and create new opportunities for others. Verstappen did not try to convince Newey to stay, as he believes that someone who wants to leave should be allowed to do so for their own personal and professional reasons. Verstappen expressed his confidence in the other members of the Red Bull technical team, stating that they are incredibly skilled at what they do.

Verstappen emphasized the importance of remaining calm and focused in the face of various off-track stories that have unfolded this year, including Horner’s situation, Newey’s departure, and the connection between the two. He believes it is crucial to know who you are working with and feel comfortable in order to perform at your best. Verstappen’s main priority is to have the fastest car, which Red Bull has achieved in recent years, in part thanks to the strong technical team that has been in place for a long time. Verstappen hopes that things will continue as they are.

Newey negotiated an early exit from his contract, which was set to expire at the end of next year. The details surrounding his early departure are unclear, but Verstappen believes it would be unfair to put Newey on paid leave for a long period of time. He believes there is mutual respect between Newey and Red Bull. Newey is strongly linked to a move to Ferrari to end his career in F1, and Verstappen acknowledges that he will have the opportunity to contribute to another team with the new car regulations in 2026. Verstappen believes that Newey’s experience and knowledge can be advantageous for another team, especially with the changes in regulations. However, the extent of Newey’s influence when joining a new team in 2025, when the cars are already designed for that year, remains uncertain.

New scientific discovery could revolutionize the world of sports

A team of scientists has just made a discovery that could forever change the world of sports. They have developed a new technology that promises to enhance athletes’ performance and reduce the risk of injuries.

The technology, called “SuperPower,” uses a combination of artificial intelligence and bioengineering to enhance athletes’ physical abilities. Scientists claim that it can increase competitors’ strength, speed, and endurance by up to 50%.

Furthermore, “SuperPower” can also assist in injury recovery. It accelerates the healing and tissue regeneration process, allowing athletes to return to their sports activities more quickly.

Scientists have already conducted preliminary tests with professional athletes and the results were impressive. Competitors who used “SuperPower” showed significantly better performance in their sports, as well as a noticeable reduction in the number of injuries.

The expectation is that this new technology will be available to the general public within the next two years. Scientists believe it will have a revolutionary impact on the world of sports, allowing athletes to reach performance levels never seen before.

This discovery could completely change the sports scene, leveling the playing field and offering equal opportunities for all competitors. Scientists hope that “SuperPower” will be adopted in various sports, from soccer to car racing.

With this new technology, athletes will be able to push beyond their physical limits and achieve extraordinary results. “SuperPower” promises to revolutionize the world of sports and open up new possibilities for competitors. Stay tuned for this amazing innovation that is about to change the game!
