Modo de carreira aprimorado no F1 24.

Abu Dhabi Autonomous Racing League is about to launch F1 24, and game fans are eagerly anticipating the promised changes in the career mode. Developers have emphasized the challenges faced by F1 drivers, such as competing with their teammates and negotiating contracts with different teams. These changes are facilitated by the new “recognition” system, which tracks intra-team battles and offers advantages for dominating your teammate. The system also allows for secret car upgrades and gives the team’s number one driver control over car development. Additionally, the car upgrade process has been made less repetitive with the introduction of optional research and development scenarios. These changes aim to make the career mode more unpredictable and challenging for players. Contract negotiations now take place throughout the season, with a back-and-forth negotiation process similar to EA’s FIFA game series. These meetings should be kept secret, as leaks can negatively impact career progression. On the track, race engineers will provide objectives during races to help players improve their position. Driver ratings have also been revamped, with teams expecting year-on-year improvement from drivers. This applies to both created drivers and real F1 or F2 drivers. Each driver has a set of achievements based on their real accomplishments, which contribute to their overall ratings and increase their value as a driver. All of these features will also be available in the career mode for two players. The full game will be released on May 31, and the success of the career mode is crucial for EA and Codemasters following the lukewarm reception of F1 23.
