Nico Hulkenberg apoia Lance Stroll para colisão com Daniel Ricciardo no GP da China, afirma que o canadense foi pego de surpresa.

Lance Stroll and Daniel Ricciardo collided during the 26th lap of the Chinese Grand Prix. Stroll, the Aston Martin F1 driver, has faced significant criticism for his involvement in the accident. Numerous experts have already shared their opinions on the incident between Stroll and Ricciardo.

Adding to the discussion, the Haas F1 driver also expressed his thoughts on the matter. The German driver believes that Stroll should not be blamed for the incident, as he was caught off guard. Hulkenberg was in close proximity when Stroll collided with Ricciardo’s VCARB 01 from behind.

Hulkenberg provided a detailed account of the entire incident involving Stroll and Ricciardo. He stated that Stroll was taken by surprise during the high-intensity event of the Grand Prix, emphasizing that such incidents can happen. Defending Stroll’s actions, Hulkenberg had a busy weekend during the Chinese GP and was pleased to score a point.

Hulkenberg finished in 10th place at the end of the Chinese GP, which had 56 laps. Haas is currently engaged in a tight competition with RB for sixth place in the Constructors’ Championship, with RB currently on seven points compared to Haas’s five. In the upcoming stages, Haas will seek to surpass their rivals from Faenza.
