Max Verstappen conquered four victories in the current Formula 1 season.
The Red Bull star driver added another achievement to his impressive resume by winning the Chinese Grand Prix. Overwhelmed by his performance, Verstappen couldn’t contain his excitement. Returning to China after a five-year absence and delivering a brilliant race was an emotional experience for the Dutchman.
The Dutch Anthem played once again as another weekend came to an end. The Red Bull RB20 car flew around the Shanghai International Racing Circuit, securing an important third place. This victory marks Verstappen’s 38th win.
Speaking to the press, Verstappen expressed his feelings about the race. He described it as an incredible experience, making the most out of driving on all kinds of tires. The car’s performance was exceptional, allowing him to do whatever he wanted on the track.
Red Bull has been dominant throughout the season, aiming to win the Constructors’ Championship and the Drivers’ World Title in 2024. Verstappen has broken multiple records under the current regulations and shows no signs of slowing down.
Although the reigning world champion faced some concerns with his tires in the final laps at the Shanghai circuit, he managed to bring another victory for the Austrian team. There was an incident where he collided with another driver, causing a chain reaction with multiple cars making contact. After passing through the same area following the incident, Verstappen was worried about the condition of his car. He communicated with his team via radio to ensure everything was fine with his RB20.
With the conclusion of the 2024 Chinese Grand Prix, Red Bull has established a commanding position in the standings. The team now has 195 points in the Constructors’ Championship, while Max Verstappen has accumulated 110 points in the Drivers’ Championship.
