Ricardo Escotto returns to Juncos Hollinger Racing for thrilling 2026 Indy NXT season!

Ricardo Escotto Set to Ignite the 2026 Indy NXT Season with Juncos Hollinger Racing!

In a thrilling announcement that has motorsport fans buzzing, Juncos Hollinger Racing (JHR) has confirmed the return of 21-year-old Mexican driver Ricardo Escotto for the highly anticipated 2026 Indy NXT season. Escotto, who previously made waves with JHR during a five-race stint in 2024, is ready to make his mark once again on the racing circuit.

“I’m super excited to be back with Juncos Hollinger Racing for the 2026 Indy NXT Season,” Escotto exclaimed, brimming with enthusiasm. “I have a great relationship with everyone in the team and full trust that they will make this season one to remember.” With a clear focus on his racing future, Escotto emphasized the competitive nature of Indy NXT by Firestone, declaring, “I feel more prepared and motivated than ever, and ready to make the most of this opportunity as I continue building toward my ultimate goal of racing full-time in IndyCar.”

Escotto’s racing journey has been nothing short of impressive. Last year, he competed in nine races under the Andretti Cape banner, achieving a career-best ninth-place finish at Barber Motorsports Park. With two top 10 finishes in 14 starts during his two seasons in IndyCar’s primary developmental series, Escotto has proven that he has the talent and determination to excel.

Rejoining JHR, a powerhouse with a rich history that includes two Indy NXT titles and an impressive tally of 18 victories, 51 podiums, and 18 poles, Escotto is poised to thrive. Team Principal Dave O’Neill expressed his confidence in Escotto, stating, “Ricardo is a talented and highly motivated young driver who has demonstrated consistent growth and resilience at every step of his career.” O’Neill believes that Escotto’s strong work ethic and determination align perfectly with JHR’s goals in the Indy NXT series.

As the countdown to the season opener on March 1 at the Streets of St. Petersburg begins, all eyes will be on Escotto as he gears up for what promises to be an exhilarating season. Will he rise to the occasion and take the racing world by storm? Fans can hardly wait to see what this dynamic young driver will achieve in the upcoming season!
