The difference between a bad season and a successful one for Miller is likely no more than 100 points. While this may matter in the title race, it is unlikely. The total score matters less than the comparison with other riders, especially Pedro Acosta. KTM’s decision on who will join Brad Binder in the “orange team” in 2025 will be influenced by whether Miller is 50 points behind Acosta, tied with Acosta, or 50 points ahead of Acosta. It seems unlikely. Based on the season so far, it appears that Acosta has a clear advantage over Miller.
