Oscar Piastri Shatters Expectations in F1 Rankings as Max Verstappen’s Dominance Exposed!

In a stunning twist of the 2025 Formula 1 season, rookie sensation Oscar Piastri has emerged as the unexpected champion in a critical ranking, while reigning titan Max Verstappen finds himself languishing near the bottom. This shocking revelation is set to turn the F1 world on its head!

Piastri has officially clinched the title of the most effective driver on the grid, boasting the highest points percentage among all 13 team-mate pairings in the current season. While Piastri was a formidable contender for the world championship throughout the year, leading an impressive 15 out of 24 races, a late-season slip allowed Lando Norris to snatch the championship away, leaving Piastri with a total of 410 points—just 13 shy of Norris’s 423.

However, what stands out most is Piastri’s remarkable achievement: he scored an astonishing 96.92% of the points amassed by Norris, signifying his dominance within the team. Joining him in this exclusive club is Esteban Ocon, who also showcased his prowess by scoring over 90% of his team-mate Oliver Bearman’s points at Haas.

But while Piastri’s stellar performance shines brightly, the shadow of Max Verstappen’s overwhelming superiority casts a dark cloud over his team-mate Yuki Tsunoda. The numbers are staggering: Tsunoda managed to scrape together a mere 30 points, while Verstappen obliterated the competition with a staggering 385 points. This means Tsunoda only managed to secure a dismal 7.7% of Verstappen’s total—an alarming statistic that highlights the vast chasm between them. In fact, four other team-mate pairings recorded a shocking total of zero points, amplifying the narrative of Verstappen’s one-man domination.

This season’s rankings not only spotlight Piastri’s impressive rise but also serve as a stark reminder of the sheer magnitude of Verstappen’s performance. As F1 fans dissect these revelations, the implications for the future of the sport are immense. Will we see Piastri reclaim the throne next season, or will Verstappen continue to reign supreme, leaving his rivals in the dust?

Stay tuned as the battle for supremacy in F1 continues to unfold!
