Cuprа presented the “Tribe Editions” of the Formentor, Leon, Leon Sportstourer, and Terramar, combining a rebellious character with sustainable innovation.
The exclusive editions feature a new personalization concept for customers with a bold vision, who value striking design and demand contemporary sustainability with a special touch.
The “Tribe Editions” come with a new exterior color, Manganese Mate, unique interior design concepts, and 3D mesh technology for the enveloping seats. Additionally, the “Tribe Editions” feature bio-based paint on the air vents and instrument panel.
“Cupra constantly strives to offer vehicles that touch the soul of its tribe, combining their desire for individuality with a growing yearning for sustainable solutions”, said Ignasi Prieto, brand director of Cupra.
“The exclusive Cupra Tribe editions bring differentiation and environmental balance to the exterior and interior of many of the brand’s vehicles, incorporating new technologies that inspire a new way of thinking.”
The exterior designs of the new Cupra Formentor, Leon, Leon Sportstourer, and Terramar “Tribe Editions” stand out with a wide color palette: Century Bronze Mate (exclusive to Formentor and Terramar), Magnetic Tech Mate (exclusive to Leon and Formentor), Midnight Black, and the new Manganese Mate (available for all “Tribe Editions” models).
Each model of the “Tribe Editions” receives its own treatment, from the 19’’ wheels of the Leon and Formentor to the 20’’ wheels of the Terramar. Even more importantly, the alloy wheels incorporate 20% recycled material, as part of Cupra’s broader circular materials strategy. The dark chrome Cupra logos at the front and rear enhance the look and add depth to the character of each vehicle.
Available in all engine options, the Tribe Edition will enter production in the last quarter of the year. According to Ignasi Prieto, the goal is to deliver vehicles that “touch the soul of your Tribe”, uniting individuality and the desire for sustainable solutions.
