From China to the rest of the world in the automotive sector, nothing seems to surprise the more attentive reader anymore. This time it is Dreame Technology, known for its vacuum cleaners, introducing the first car of the brand, a 100% electric supercar, which, astonishingly, bears more than a few similarities to the Bugatti Chiron.
The images revealed on social media by the founder of Dreame Technology, Yu Hao, show the prototype expected to be presented at the next edition of the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas, United States.
With a design supposedly inspired by the iconic Bugatti Chiron, according to the Chinese press, Dreame’s supercar features an interior with a contemporary aesthetic, highlighted by a two-spoke steering wheel and a large integrated display.
Dreame has already revealed that its model is positioned as an “ultra-luxurious and purely electric” vehicle, directly comparing it to the legendary Bugatti Veyron.
The images of Dreame’s first car model come after the company announced on August 28 its entry into the sector and revealed that the first production model is set to be launched in 2027.
However, the Chinese company seems determined to produce its supercar abroad, as according to local press, Dreame Technology is looking to set up a factory in Europe, specifically in Germany, near where Tesla’s factory is located in Berlin, to produce its first model.
We will have to wait for the next edition of CES to learn more details about this supercar from Dreame, which looks more like a Bugatti.
