Ex-piloto da Ferrari alega que Fred Vasseur acabou com a cultura de culpa em Maranello.

Fred Vasseur’s leadership has been crucial to Ferrari’s success since he took over at the beginning of the 2023 F1 season. Despite internal stability issues, the team has performed well in the last two seasons. The addition of new members and the departure of others have proven fruitful for Maranello. In fact, Ferrari achieved a one-two finish at [race name], despite Red Bull’s dominant campaign. This suggests that Vasseur’s strategies have been beneficial for the Scuderia.

The arrival of [driver’s name] allowed Ferrari to secure two victories, even in the face of Red Bull’s dominance in previous seasons. However, the team still faced challenges in terms of strategy and pit stops during the 2023 season. However, former Ferrari driver [driver’s name] noted an improvement in the team’s organization during [race name]. He mentioned that there was no longer a culture of blame within the team, which contributed to their success. According to [driver’s name], Vasseur’s leadership has been exemplary, making him the ideal choice for the Italian constructor. As a result, Ferrari has consistently posed a threat to Red Bull’s dominance.

The 2023 season was a mixed bag of results for the Scuderia, as their car lagged behind Red Bull’s performance. However, Maranello had a strong start to the 2024 season, consistently securing significant points since the first race. Vasseur expressed satisfaction with the team’s progress, stating that they had taken a significant step forward. Additionally, Ferrari demonstrated impressive pace in a single lap, as noted by the team principal.

Furthermore, Ferrari has made significant improvements in terms of tire wear consistency compared to the previous season. The SF-24 has proven to be a much easier car to drive for Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz, according to Vasseur. This is a good sign for the Italian team as they aim for a successful 2024 season following their dominant performance in Melbourne.

Despite Red Bull’s dominant performance, Ferrari is proving to be a formidable challenger. The Scuderia has the potential to match Milton Keynes in future races, giving them a chance to compete for the championship. However, only time will tell how the Italian team will fare throughout the season as they strive to minimize errors.
