Rosenqvist’s faith in MSR increases with each race.

Fé de Rosenqvist na MSR aumenta a cada corrida.

Felix Rosenqvist is starting strong in IndyCar with Meyer Shank Racing, and it looks like this could be his most successful year yet. After three inconsistent seasons with Arrow McLaren, Rosenqvist joined MSR alongside fellow countryman Tom Blomqvist. The team immediately saw better results, with Rosenqvist leading the lap times in the first practice session of the year in St. Petersburg. He followed this up with a front row qualifying effort and a seventh place finish in the race. At the showcase round at Thermal Club, Rosenqvist secured one of the two pole positions and finished third in the main race, earning a significant prize of $250,000. These achievements mark a significant improvement for MSR, and Rosenqvist believes that their new partnership will lead to even better results throughout the season. He is proud of the team’s progress and excited for what the future holds.

MSR has often been close to reaching the top spots on the field, but has struggled to consistently stay ahead. However, this year the team has made some changes in their operations, including team co-owner Mike Shank stepping away from his long-standing strategic role. It remains to be seen which change had the biggest impact, but it is clear that the team, and Rosenqvist’s #60 car in particular, have the potential to have their most successful year in the series.
