Toto Wolff diz que Lewis Hamilton está extremamente frustrado com as recentes dificuldades da Mercedes enquanto a Ferrari faz melhorias.

Lewis Hamilton suffered a Did Not Finish (DNF) result at the Australian Grand Prix. The former seven-time Formula 1 world champion is losing confidence in the Mercedes W15 car. Initially seen as a powerful machine that would bring back the team’s glory days, it has now become a source of frustration for the team. Since the start of the 2024 season, Mercedes drivers have been struggling with the W15 and, despite three races being completed, the team has not been able to solve their problems. Optimism about resolving the fundamental issues has disappeared and hope is dwindling.

Lewis Hamilton, in his final season with Mercedes, had hoped to make 2024 a memorable campaign. However, issues with the W15 have prevented him from achieving that goal. The Mercedes team boss acknowledged Hamilton’s frustration. Despite the challenges, the seven-time world champion is trying to maintain a positive outlook and continues to trust and support Mercedes in the best way possible.

Mercedes has not been able to produce satisfactory results so far, with a double DNF at the recent Australian GP dealing a major blow to the team. After addressing their downforce issues following the Saudi Arabian GP, they were hoping for a better weekend in Melbourne. However, the result was the opposite of what they expected.

According to Sky Sports commentator, Mercedes is not expected to perform well this year. The Mercedes W15 does not have the same level of speed as Red Bull and Ferrari. Despite claims that this year’s car is different from its predecessors, it is not meeting the team’s expectations. The upcoming Japanese GP may also present additional challenges for the German team.
