Kyle Petty acusa Kyle Busch por incidente em COTA com Christopher Bell resultando em intensa briga pós-corrida.

Christopher Bell had multiple incidents during the race at COTA and spun both Kyle Busch and Kyle Larson.

On lap 40, two-time champion Kyle Busch was spun by Christopher Bell, putting his chance of finishing in the top five at COTA in jeopardy. This clash between former teammates became the center of attention as the veteran engaged in a heated argument with Bell. NASCAR race analyst and former driver Kyle Petty gave his analysis on the incident between the two drivers.

The incident between Kyle Busch and Christopher Bell became the talk of the town on Sunday, reminiscent of the altercation between Joey Logano and Busch in 2016. As a result of the clash, the 38-year-old driver dropped out of the top-10, while Bell continued to secure second place. This enraged the former Cup Series champion, who blamed Bell for the consequences. However, Kyle Petty sided with Bell and argued that Busch left a big gap at the entrance of the turn, allowing any driver to make a move on the inside. Petty believed that Busch was at fault for the collision and humorously mentioned that Bell is the only driver Busch has not spun in NASCAR.

After the race at COTA, the driver of car number 20 engaged in a heated discussion with his former teammate. However, the JGR driver expressed dissatisfaction with the outcome of the incident at turn one and insisted that spinning Busch was not intentional.

The seven-time winner acknowledged that Busch had a valid reason to be upset about what happened at turn one. However, he explained that it was a result of racing instincts as he went for a closing gap that led to the clash between the two drivers.

Both pilots are currently positioned at the bottom of the top-10 in the series. They will certainly seek to secure one or two victories to solidify their position in the playoffs before further intensifying their rivalry and potentially causing setbacks during the upcoming races.
