Now that Vasseur is sworn in at Ferrari and Stella at McLaren, both organisations face a delicate moment when fresh vision must quickly translate into on-track success.
Though Vasseur formally started his Ferrari tenure on January 9, 2023, observers are already drawing parallels with Stella, whose McLaren stint began around the same time.
