Renault intends to appoint an interim CEO next week, as it continues the process of selecting a replacement for Luca de Meo, who will leave the position on July 15 to lead Kering, the owner of Gucci.
According to reports this Wednesday from the “Financial Times”, Renault has narrowed its list of candidates to succeed Luca de Meo to Denis Le Vot and Francois Provost, as well as former Stellantis executive, Maxime Picat.
It is worth noting that “Reuters” revealed last week that Le Vot, who heads Dacia, and Picat were seen as suitable candidates to continue the recovery work of the French manufacturer initiated by Luca de Meo.
