Xiaomi utiliza melancia para mostrar a resistência da bateria do SU7 Ultra

The Chinese company Xiaomi has announced that it only intends to bring its 100% electric models to the international markets starting in 2027; however, a unit of the SU7 Ultra recently conducted its first road tests in Europe.

According to “CarNewsChina,” the sports car from the Chinese brand was registered in Germany to carry out road tests, and this achievement was revealed on social media by the company’s CEO, Lei Jun, who noted that this was the first experimental vehicle from Xiaomi registered in Europe.

Launched in February, the SU7 Ultra measures 4.99 meters in length, 1.96 meters in width, 1.45 meters in height, and has a wheelbase of 3 meters. The electric sedan is equipped with a CATL Qilin 2.0 battery with a capacity of 93.7 kWh that powers three electric motors, two HyperEngine V8 motors, and one V6 motor, providing a combined power of 1547 hp, allowing it to accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 1.97 seconds and reach a top speed of 350 km/h.

It is worth noting that the ‘brake’ on Xiaomi’s international expansion lies in the production issues with its models, as customers face waiting times that can reach 41 weeks for the SU7 and up to 62 weeks for the new YU7, the first SUV from the Chinese brand.
