Tesla abre supercarregadores a todas as marcas e oferece carregamento elétrico

Tesla has inaugurated the first charging station capable of operating solely on solar energy, equipped with solar panels and an energy storage battery system.

The new Tesla Supercharger, also known as Oasis, is located in Lost Hills, California, USA, and includes 168 chargers, half of which are currently operational, making it one of the largest charging stations in the world. However, this is not even its most notable feature; rather, it is the fact that it can operate without being connected to the conventional power grid.

The world’s largest Tesla Supercharger station is currently under construction in Lost Hills, California, named “Oasis.” This massive 168-stall site, set to fully open by mid-2025, will surpass all existing Tesla Supercharger stations. To achieve this, the solar panels mounted on the roof of the charging station, as well as on the ground, produce the necessary energy for charging vehicles, allowing the station to operate independently of the conventional electrical grid, thanks to 11 MW of solar panels and 39 MWh of Megapack battery storage.

This configuration ensures that the charging station can continue to operate for a long time after sunset, allowing for the charging of up to 1000 electric vehicles per day under normal usage conditions.

Elon Musk’s brand has also revealed that the new Lost Hills charging station is part of the launch of Tesla’s Supercharger V4. It should be noted that the V4 superchargers were first launched in the United States in October 2023, being so far the most powerful from Tesla, with up to 500 kW of power.
