Nissan will recall 443,899 vehicles in the U.S. due to a motor failure, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) reported this Wednesday.
The Japanese company identified a potential defect in the production of a set of engine components in some vehicles, which could cause engine damage or complete failure, increasing the risk of accidents, the U.S. automotive safety agency said.
The announced recall now includes certain models of the Nissan Rogue, Altima, Infiniti QX50, and Infiniti QX55.
