Lando Norris atribui salto controverso no Grande Prêmio da Arábia Saudita a luzes piscando.

Lando Norris talks about the controversy surrounding the starting incident at the Jeddah GP. The FIA decided not to penalize Norris, despite complaints from other drivers, including his close friend. The car’s transponder did not detect any irregularity, so the stewards determined that no violation occurred, despite video evidence suggesting otherwise. Although it looked like an early start on the cockpit camera, Norris was lucky to escape a penalty.

During the race, Norris admitted his mistake over the team radio. When questioned by the media after the race, he acknowledged his surprise at avoiding a penalty. Reflecting on the incident, Norris revealed it was the first time in his racing career that he had escaped punishment. Throughout the race, he anxiously awaited news of a penalty from his engineer, but it never came. This left him puzzled about penalty guidelines, leading him to seek clarification from the FIA before the Australian GP.

Red Bull has dominated the sport for the past three years, leaving other teams struggling to keep up. Norris, a close friend of the current world champion, made predictions about possible changes in the future. He consistently praised Red Bull as the smartest team on the grid. However, he believes it will be challenging to break their winning streak until 2026. Red Bull has proven to be the fastest team and shows no signs of slowing down. Norris can only hope they eventually run out of ideas.
