Ferrari é alvo de processo judicial nos EUA por falha nos travões

Ferrari is facing a lawsuit in the United States (US) filed by drivers who claim that the Maranello company failed to repair a defect in some models that causes loss or total brake failure.

According to “Reuters,” the action filed on Monday in a federal court in San Diego concerns the models that in 2021 and 2022 were called by the Italian company to the workshop to address a brake fluid leak, allowing Maranello to continue selling thousands of sports cars with braking system issues.

The recall of some Ferrari models due to brake problems occurred in several countries, including the United States and China, starting in October 2021.

Reuters reports that Ferrari, in a statement released on Tuesday, did not address the lawsuit but made it clear that their “top priority” is the safety and well-being of drivers.
