Lando Norris warned of ‘really dark’ place as F1 champion predicts downfall

The FIA Drops the Hammer on Red Bull’s Protest While Lando Norris Faces Dire Warning

In a shocking turn of events following the Canadian Grand Prix, the FIA has delivered a crushing blow to Red Bull by rejecting their protest against race winner George Russell. Just as Russell was basking in the glory of his fourth F1 career victory, Red Bull and the stewards at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve threw a last-minute curveball his way.

But the drama doesn’t end there. Lando Norris, the McLaren driver, has been issued a grave warning by F1 champion Nico Rosberg. Rosberg, who knows the perils of battling for the title all too well, cautions Norris about descending into a “really dark” place due to a series of costly errors this season that could potentially jeopardize his championship hopes.

Meanwhile, Christian Horner, the Red Bull team principal, skillfully evades questions about a rumored meeting with Ferrari’s CEO, John Elkann, fueling speculation about his future with the Milton Keynes-based team.

Charles Leclerc sheds light on a disagreement with his own Ferrari team over race strategy during the lackluster Canadian GP, where he finished a disappointing fifth. The Monégasque driver narrowly escaped a lower position thanks to a late-race incident involving Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri.

In a bid to protect their star driver Max Verstappen, Red Bull reportedly engaged in discussions with FIA race director Rui Marques prior to the Canadian GP, fearing potential foul play from rival teams aiming to exploit Verstappen’s penalty points situation.

The tension on the track was palpable as Kimi Antonelli fought tooth and nail to break a 16-year F1 podium drought during the intense Canadian Grand Prix. Antonelli managed to secure a podium finish, partly thanks to a dramatic crash involving Lando Norris and his McLaren teammate.

Stay tuned as RacingNews365’s experts delve into the controversial Canadian Grand Prix, dissecting Red Bull’s failed protest and the sensational intra-team clash between Norris and Piastri.
