The Le Mans 24 Hours, an event known for its thrilling endurance and high stakes, has once again proven to be a battleground where only the strongest survive. In a shift towards a more performance-driven approach, drivers are pushing the limits, leaving behind the traditional focus on reliability.

Amidst the intense 24-hour sprint, where cars face varying conditions and the constant challenge of navigating through traffic, the margin for error is razor-thin. As a result, some contenders have already faced setbacks, with several vehicles forced to retire or encountering race-ending troubles in the 2025 edition of the legendary race.

Among the casualties is the #73 Proton Ford Mustang, driven by Stefano Gattuso, Giammarco Levorato, and Dennis Olsen. The car suffered a severe blow after a collision with the barriers at Tertre Rouge, leading to the detachment of its left rear under unclear circumstances. The incident further exacerbated the damage to the Ford, marking a disappointing turn of events for the team.

As the drama unfolds at Le Mans, with 21 Hypercars, 17 LMP2s, and 24 LMGT3s battling for supremacy, the stakes are higher than ever. Stay tuned for more updates on the fierce competition and unexpected twists that define this ultimate test of endurance and skill.
