In a thrilling kick-off to the 2025 Formula 1 Canadian Grand Prix, Max Verstappen of Red Bull Racing dominated the FP1 session, setting the pace for an action-packed weekend ahead.

Verstappen showcased his prowess by clocking the quickest time, closely followed by the Williams duo of Alex Albon and Carlos Sainz. The Mercedes of George Russell and the Ferrari of Lewis Hamilton rounded up the top five, with Hamilton impressively representing Ferrari solo as his teammate Charles Leclerc met with a crash in his SF-25.
