Mulher na Red Bull denuncia Christian Horner à FIA após suspensão em meio a escândalo de investigação.

The Red Bull Formula 1 team recently became the focus of intense drama for various reasons. In early February, a Red Bull employee made allegations against someone on the team for inappropriate and controlling behavior. In response, the team initiated a private investigation into the matter. Despite the allegations, team principal Christian Horner consistently denied any wrongdoing. An external lawyer was hired to conduct the investigation, during which Horner was questioned for a continuous period of eight hours.

According to the Red Bull team, the investigation lasted approximately 10 weeks. However, Horner was not temporarily removed from his position during this period. He was still actively involved in team activities, such as the RB20 car launch event and its first race at Silverstone. After the lawyer sent a report clearing Horner of the accusations, Red Bull GmbH officially cleared him of any charges.

What surprised many was that just a week later, Red Bull suspended the employee from her position without providing a specific reason for their decision. Despite repeated media inquiries, Red Bull remained silent on the matter. In response to this action, the employee sought to appeal to the FIA (International Automobile Federation) to ensure that her concerns were not ignored. Other team leaders also expressed concerns about how Red Bull handled the situation.

Before the Bahrain Grand Prix, Horner was officially cleared by the team. However, within a week, the employee was removed from her position, as mentioned earlier. Despite following the proper procedures and doing everything correctly, she continues to face additional challenges. A friend of the employee spoke to the media, raising questions about the ethics and integrity of Red Bull. Many believe she was a victim of power abuse within the team. With internal policies and power struggles already plaguing the Austrian team, it is likely that more controversies will arise before the Australian Grand Prix weekend.
