Spanning across 35 acres of land, the property boasts a grand 14,983 sq. ft. barndominium that is sure to impress any luxury home enthusiast.

Featuring four bedrooms, six bathrooms, two half-baths, a lavish swimming pool, spacious garages, and off-road terrain perfect for automotive aficionados, this estate is a dream come true for any race-loving individual. The North Carolina property, as listed on Corcoran, showcases the opulence and comfort that define upscale living at its finest.

The custom barndominium at 1525 Shinnville Road in Cleveland, North Carolina, personifies luxury living with its attention to detail and expansive outdoor spaces.

Hailie Deegan, known for her remarkable racing career in NASCAR and now making waves in Indy NXT, resided in this exquisite North Carolina abode with her family for over a year. The Deegans, originally from California, made the move to North Carolina to support Hailie’s racing ambitions before eventually relocating to Florida in 2023.

Marissa Deegan, highlighting the tailored amenities for motorsports enthusiasts, described the property as an ideal place to raise a family, especially for those passionate about racing. The allure of the estate captured Kyle Busch’s attention, who, along with his family, enjoyed the property before deciding to part ways due to time constraints.

Hailie Deegan’s recent revelation about the financial pressures influencing her shift from NASCAR to Indy NXT for the 2025 season sheds light on the challenges faced by aspiring racers in the industry. Emphasizing the financial aspect of racing, Deegan expressed the importance of securing sponsorships to ensure access to competitive equipment and teams.

Joining HMD Motorsports in the current season, Deegan pilots the #38 entry in Indy NXT and is making strides in her new racing venture. With five starts under her belt, she currently holds the 18th position in the 2025 Indy NXT standings, showcasing her determination and talent in the competitive world of motorsports.
