VÍDEO: Campeão da F1 Lewis Hamilton visita Escola em Kuala Lumpur para evento especial no valor de $285 milhões.

Lewis Hamilton recently visited a school in Kuala Lumpur as part of the ‘Towards Sustainable Communities’ program and to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of Petronas. The seven-time Formula 1 world champion is a strong advocate for various social causes around the world, including LGBTQ+ rights and women’s participation in sports. During the 2024 season, Hamilton was seen interacting with students at a school in Kuala Lumpur.

Hamilton surprised SMK Seri Keramat in Kuala Lumpur with his visit, which was in celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Petronas and aligned with the ‘Towards Sustainable Communities’ program. Petronas has long been a sponsor of Hamilton’s team, Mercedes. Accompanying Hamilton were other members of the Mercedes team, who also took part in the event.

Hamilton spent quality time with the teachers and students of the school in Kuala Lumpur, although specific details about the visit were not disclosed by the driver or the team. However, the students and teachers were pleasantly surprised to have the Formula 1 maestro visiting their school as part of a program. This further solidifies Lewis Hamilton’s reputation as a genuinely good person.

The 2024 season has not been ideal for Mercedes, with Hamilton expressing doubts about the chassis. The team currently sits in fourth place in the constructors’ championship after a poor performance in the first two races. Hamilton acknowledges that the upcoming races will present challenges for the team and emphasizes that high-speed circuits will be especially demanding for Brackley in Formula 1.

Despite the setbacks, the seven-time world champion acknowledges the positive aspects of the challenger W15’s below-par performance. Hamilton highlights the relatively strong performance of the car in low and medium-speed sectors. At times, he felt like he was competing in a different category when driving at high speeds alongside other drivers on the grid.

Therefore, Brackley is aiming to improve their performance in the second half of the 2024 season. The team is working diligently to regain form before the next Australian GP. Mercedes needs to increase its pace and score points early on to remain competitive in the constructors’ championship.
