Lando Norris diz que a supremacia de Max Verstappen na F1 não é aborrecida, afirmando “realmente não é algo com que se preocupar”

Max Verstappen has achieved incredibly dominant performance throughout the 2023 season and there is a strong possibility that he will achieve a perfect season in 2024.

Max Verstappen, along with Lando Norris (via IMAGO), has made history in Formula 1 with their exceptional performances over the past two seasons. The current world champion has broken numerous records in the 2023 season and has the potential to achieve an impeccable season this time. Several people within the sport have expressed their frustration with Verstappen’s dominance. However, McLaren’s perspective differs as they are not concerned about the driver’s overwhelming success.

McLaren has a positive view on Verstappen’s impressive performances in the recent season. They believe that his exceptional form is not a cause for concern. Furthermore, the 24-year-old driver reflects on the second half of the 2023 season, when McLaren began to close the gap with Red Bull. However, the Englishman acknowledges the amount of time and effort Red Bull has invested in developing their RB20 car.

In addition, Norris expresses his satisfaction with how close McLaren has come to Red Bull in terms of pace throughout the season. The 26-year-old driver recalls qualifying sessions where the Milton Keynes drivers struggled to achieve the best results. Norris also agrees with Verstappen’s opinion that the RB20 car is far from conservative.

On the other hand, Sauber’s perspective differs from Lando Norris. The Finnish driver considers Verstappen’s dominance somewhat disturbing. The 34-year-old driver highlights Verstappen’s sweep in the last two races of the 2024 season. However, Bottas remains hopeful for a different outcome in the upcoming season and emphasizes that the team’s priorities are in order.

As a result, it is highly likely that the entire season will be dominated by the two Red Bull drivers, Max Verstappen and his teammate. Currently, these two drivers occupy the first two positions in the drivers’ standings, thanks to the exceptional RB20 chassis. Verstappen is on track to achieve one of the most dominant seasons in Formula 1 history in the 2024 season.
