Max Verstappen’s father, Jos Verstappen, has finally broken his silence on the ongoing feud with Red Bull F1 boss, Christian Horner. The Verstappen-Horner saga has been making waves in the Formula 1 world, with tensions escalating over the past year. What started as a war of words between the two has now taken a new turn.

While Max Verstappen has chosen to remain tight-lipped on the matter, Jos Verstappen has now revealed that there is a newfound level of respect for Horner. Despite their differences, Jos Verstappen emphasized the importance of maintaining a good relationship for the sake of Max’s career. “There has to be mutual respect, and there is,” he stated.

Speculations about Max Verstappen and Christian Horner’s future at Red Bull have been rife, with rumors circulating about a possible exit for both parties. Red Bull has vehemently denied any such claims, with advisor Helmut Marko expressing concerns about Verstappen’s future but assuring that there are performance-based clauses in his contract.

As the F1 world braces for the 2026 regulation changes, the uncertainty surrounding key personnel at Red Bull continues to loom large. With potential suitors like Mercedes and Aston Martin lurking in the shadows, the future of Max Verstappen and Christian Horner remains a hot topic of discussion in the Formula 1 community.
