Ferrari tentando atrair três engenheiros-chave da Red Bull em busca do sucesso na Fórmula 1.

Ferrari has accumulated a total of 49 points in the current standings of the 2024 season. The Red Bull team has already made a strong impact on the championship standings with two races completed. They have managed to accumulate 87 points with two 1-2 finishes. Recently, it has come to light that Ferrari is trying to recruit three engineers from the current Red Bull team. This action is a clear indication of Ferrari’s desperation to reduce the gap to Red Bull and their willingness to do whatever it takes.

The Italian team has identified specific areas where they need to improve during the current season. They are determined to bring in top-level talent to address these areas. Red Bull has been performing exceptionally well under the current regulations, making it a logical choice for Ferrari to seek their engineers. The SF-24 has already shown its shortcomings compared to the Red Bull RB20. Both in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia, the Ferrari car has failed to keep up with the performance of the RB20.

Although Ferrari is determined to challenge Red Bull, one of their engineers has acknowledged that the team is facing certain issues. They have experienced brake problems in Bahrain and it seems they have not fully recovered from this setback. Despite being the second fastest team on the F1 grid in 2024, Ferrari still faces a significant gap compared to Red Bull. Closing this gap will require a major effort from the Italian team.

With 22 more races remaining in the current season, it will be intriguing to follow the development of the SF-24 throughout the year. The next event on the F1 calendar is the renowned Australian Grand Prix weekend, scheduled to begin on March 22.
