Carlos Sainz Unveils Jaw-Dropping Custom Ferrari Hypercar, Leaving Monaco in Awe

Racing Sensation: Carlos Sainz Unveils Jaw-Dropping Custom Ferrari Hypercar in Monaco Grand Prix Build-Up

Formula 1 fans were left in awe as Williams driver Carlos Sainz made a grand entrance in Monaco, pulling up to a local restaurant alongside his McLaren rival Lando Norris in a show-stopping custom Ferrari Daytona SP3. The Spanish driver, now teammates with Alex Albon, showcased his exquisite taste by arriving in style ahead of the Monaco Grand Prix.

The Ferrari Daytona SP3, part of the prestigious ‘Icona Series,’ pays homage to Ferrari’s rich racing heritage and technological prowess. Sainz’s unique model, featuring a sleek matte grey finish with striking red accents, exudes luxury and exclusivity with custom “Smooth Operator” branding and his racing number 55 elegantly integrated into the design.

Beneath the hood roars a powerhouse of an engine, producing a whopping 829 hp and 514 lb-ft of torque from its 6.5-liter V12 engine. The Daytona SP3 accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in a mere 2.9 seconds, boasting a top speed of 211 mph – a hair-raising performance that mirrors the adrenaline-pumping speeds of an F1 car.

Sainz’s emotional connection to the car was evident as he took delivery of the limited-edition masterpiece in December 2024, marking the end of his tenure with Ferrari. The Spaniard’s switch to Williams for the 2025 and 2026 seasons, following Lewis Hamilton’s move to Ferrari, signaled a new chapter in his racing career, with Team Principal James Vowles hailing the decision as a “strong statement of intent.”

Expressing his excitement about joining Williams, Sainz remarked, “I am extremely proud of joining such a historic and successful team, where many of my childhood heroes drove in the past and made their mark on our sport.” His performance on the track has been commendable, currently standing 11th in the drivers’ standings with 11 points, while his teammate Albon sits in 8th place with an impressive 40 points.

As Sainz continues to make waves both on and off the track, his custom Ferrari hypercar serves as a symbol of his passion for speed and luxury, captivating fans and enthusiasts alike with its unparalleled beauty and performance.
