Rede Mobi.E alcança em agosto novo recorde de carregamentos

The public charging network, Mobi.E, announced this Monday that it recorded 398 electric vehicle charges in February, representing a 73% increase compared to the same month last year.

In terms of consumption, it exceeded 7,890,000 kWh, a 93% increase compared to the same period last year.

“The charging network continues to grow, alongside the increase in the number of electric vehicles. In February, the Mobi.E network included about 4570 stations and about 8130 public access charging points,” clarified Mobi.E in a statement.

Another relevant data is the power of the network, currently exceeding 249,700 kW, which is 6% above the target proposed in the European regulation “Alternative Fuel Infrastructure” Regulation (AFIR). By the end of February, about 1650 charging stations were fast or ultra-fast, representing 36% of the total network.

In the second month of 2024, more than 67,800 drivers used the national charging network, a 66% increase compared to 2023. “On average, in February, each user made 9 charges on the Mobi.E network, which represents an increase from 6 charges in January,” adds the note.

“There are currently 70 outlets, on average, for every 100 kilometers of highway. For every 100,000 inhabitants, 95 outlets are available, on average,” concludes Mobi.E.
