Stewart’s flawless run in his Rinnai dragster, clocking in at 3.777-seconds at 329.10 mph, was enough to defeat his opponent, Justin Ashley, in a nail-biting final round.
Meanwhile, Jack Beckman dominated the Funny Car category, claiming victory with a remarkable performance against his John Force Racing teammate, Austin Prock. Beckman’s precise driving skills and a run of 3.935 at 325.77 secured him his second win of the season and 37th in his professional career.
In the Pro Stock Motorcycle class, Gaige Herrera continued his winning streak at Route 66 Raceway by outpacing his rival, Matt Smith, in the finals. Herrera’s exceptional run of 6.777 at 198.90 on his Suzuki bike earned him his second win of the season and the 23rd in his career, solidifying his position as a force to be reckoned with in the motorcycle category.
