Presidente da FIA supostamente solicitou a Max Verstappen que apoiasse Christian Horner durante vazamento de suposta evidência.

The supposed misconduct case of Christian Horner has once again made headlines after an apparent leak of evidence. The ongoing investigation seemed to be coming to a close when Red Bull cleared Horner of all accusations. However, a new leak from an unidentified source revived the case, putting the team principal back under scrutiny. Despite this, the 50-year-old man had already denied the rumors and chose not to comment further. It is worth noting that Jos Verstappen, father of Max Verstappen, allegedly had a disagreement with Horner regarding this case.

Jos Verstappen was adamant in stating that he had no involvement in the supposed leak of evidence. The former Formula 1 driver even accused Horner of playing the victim. However, Verstappen Sr. acknowledged that the investigation had strained their relationship.

Another revelation about the matter came to light recently. According to the BBC, the FIA president (name omitted) also intervened in the situation, offering support to Horner. This information was initially reported by De Telegraaf and independently confirmed by the BBC.

Given the sensitivity of the issue, special care was required. However, Horner was given permission to continue leading the team at the (event name omitted). Additionally, the FIA and F1 held a meeting to discuss the alleged leak. However, Ben Sulayem made it clear that no action would be taken by the sports regulatory body at this time.

As a result, Horner will remain as the head of the Milton Keynes team, despite the emergence of new leaked information. The team achieved a resounding victory at the season opener in Bahrain, with Max Verstappen’s dominant performance. Thus, the team continues to achieve impressive results under Horner’s leadership, despite the ongoing investigation saga involving their principal.

Currently, everything seems to be at a standstill regarding the investigation. However, the complete status quo remains uncertain as the entire team has chosen to remain silent on the matter. With Red Bull refusing to disclose the results of their investigation, fans and people involved in the sport are suspicious. However, after what has been described as a “fair and thorough investigation,” the team absolved Horner of any suspicions.
