Kuga passa para o lado “negro” da Ford

Ford announced this Wednesday a new design package for the Kuga SUV, the Black Package, which is available exclusively for the ST-Line X models and offers unique exterior design elements that can complement or contrast with the Kuga’s body colors.

Among the details that contribute to the Kuga’s shift to Ford’s “black” side are the 20’’ Ford Performance lightweight wheels with a sportier design, which contrast with the red brake calipers.

Additionally, Ford has added a black finish to the blade-shaped inserts at the bottom of the front bumper, and a matching black finish for the exterior mirror housings, as well as a black roof.

This new Black Package is available in combination with all six body colors of the Kuga: Frozen White, Agate Black, Solar Silver, Bursting Green, Desert Island Blue, and Magnetic.

Note that the Ford Kuga is available with a range of engines that includes an EcoBoost gasoline version, a hybrid, and a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) capable of up to 69 km of purely electric driving.

Ford also announced that the Kuga ST-Line X Black Package will be available for order starting in June, although the price has not yet been revealed.
