Crying baby – Ferrari Fiasco: Lewis Hamilton Slams Team Strategy at F1 Miami Grand Prix

Lewis Hamilton Unleashes Fury on Ferrari’s “Poor Teamwork” During F1 Miami GP

In a dramatic turn of events at the Miami Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton did not hold back as he criticized Ferrari for what he perceived as subpar teamwork, particularly with his teammate Charles Leclerc. Starting from the 12th position on the grid, Hamilton showcased his exceptional skills by swiftly maneuvering through the field and closing in on Leclerc, who had already made a pit stop for medium tires.

The tension began to rise when Hamilton expressed his frustration over the team radio, stating, “I’m just burning up my tires behind him.” Despite Hamilton’s eagerness to overtake Leclerc, the Ferrari pitwall instructed him to remain behind his teammate to benefit from the Drag Reduction System (DRS). Unwilling to comply, Hamilton criticized the team’s approach, emphasizing, “You want me to sit here for the whole race? This is not good teamwork, that’s all I’m gonna say.”

After eventually being allowed to pass Leclerc and secure seventh place, Hamilton continued to voice his discontent, referencing a previous incident in China where he had yielded position. The ongoing discord within the team became evident as Leclerc struggled with aerodynamic turbulence, while the competition surged ahead.

As the race unfolded, Ferrari made a controversial decision to swap positions between Hamilton and Leclerc once again, further fueling the Briton’s displeasure. Even as Hamilton faced pressure from Carlos Sainz in the Williams car, he expressed his frustration by sarcastically asking if he should also yield to his rival.

Despite finishing third in the sprint race, Hamilton’s clash with Ferrari dominated the headlines, overshadowing the intense battle with Williams on the track. The clash between the multiple world champion and his team added an extra layer of intrigue to an already thrilling Miami Grand Prix.

The intense rivalry and internal strife within Ferrari have undoubtedly set the stage for a captivating F1 season, with fans eagerly awaiting the next chapter in this high-stakes saga.
