Ferrari Fiasco: Leclerc and Hamilton’s Heartbreaking Struggle Revealed at Miami Grand Prix

In a stunning turn of events at the Miami Grand Prix, Charles Leclerc and Lewis Hamilton from Ferrari have expressed their frustration and disappointment at the lack of pace from their team after a disappointing Sprint Qualifying session.

Leclerc, who qualified sixth at the Miami International Autodrome, was more than three tenths of a second behind Mercedes’ Kimi Antonelli. The young Italian driver managed to clinch his maiden F1 pole position, leaving Leclerc and Hamilton trailing behind. Leclerc, who had been showing signs of improvement in recent races, including a podium finish in Saudi Arabia, was visibly upset by Ferrari’s performance in Miami.

Speaking about the Sprint Qualifying, Leclerc said, “The lap was good, but the pace is just not there at all for now. It’s a bit annoying but it’s the way it is for now. I’ll try my best tomorrow to try to do something special with the start, but to be honest, there’s not much room for improvement today. It was just that’s the pace of the car.”

On the other hand, Hamilton, who has been struggling since his move to Ferrari, also expressed his concerns about the team’s lack of speed. Despite a pole position and a win in China, Hamilton has been unable to replicate that success. He admitted, “We are just lacking speed, but we just keep working from there.”

Looking ahead to the Grand Prix Qualifying, Hamilton seemed skeptical about Ferrari’s chances of closing the gap to the front-runners. He stated, “Not really. I think all the cars ahead are faster. I don’t know what else to say.”

As the Miami Grand Prix weekend unfolds, all eyes will be on Ferrari to see if they can turn their fortunes around and compete at the highest level. With Leclerc and Hamilton at the helm, the pressure is on for Ferrari to deliver better results in the upcoming races. Stay tuned for more updates on this thrilling F1 weekend in Miami.
