Carlos Sainz prevê grandes coisas para a McLaren no Grande Prêmio da Arábia Saudita de 2024.

Welcome

Hello, World!

Welcome to my website.

McLaren, however, is approaching the race with its own expectations and improvements. Carlos Sainz is cautiously optimistic about Ferrari’s chances in the upcoming Saudi Arabia Grand Prix Formula 1, despite recognizing the potential challenge from McLaren. After a successful start to his final season with Ferrari, finishing third in the Bahrain Grand Prix, Sainz and his team are considered the second fastest team as they head to the race in Jeddah. However, given the distinct characteristics of the Jeddah circuit, Sainz believes that the competitive hierarchy behind Ferrari may undergo some changes. Reflecting on McLaren’s previous performances, Sainz highlighted their success on high-speed tracks last year, such as Silverstone, Japan, and Qatar, and anticipates that they could pose a significant threat in Saudi Arabia. “Let’s observe the differences first,” he commented on the upcoming race, expressing curiosity and cautious optimism about the new 2024 Ferrari vehicle. “I hope that cars like McLaren, which were very strong on high-speed circuits last year, will be competitive there, but our car has also improved in terms of high speed, so I hope we can also be stronger.” On the other hand, McLaren is entering the race with its own expectations and improvements. Lando Norris, assessing the team’s prospects, emphasized the compatibility of the Jeddah circuit with McLaren’s strengths, especially in the high and medium-speed sections. Despite this optimism, Norris acknowledged the ongoing challenges. “It’s a bit more high speed, a bit more medium speed, which usually favors us,” he noted, tempering his enthusiasm with a realistic perspective on the differences between this year’s car and its predecessor. “There are many things for us to learn because this car is so different from what we had last year. Carlos Sainz addresses Ferrari’s concerns. “More challenges, more uncertainties, but overall, I hope it suits us a little better.” This weekend’s race promises an intriguing dynamic between Ferrari and McLaren, with both teams eager to understand their position with the new cars on a challenging circuit. As the teams navigate these uncertainties, the Saudi Arabia Grand Prix is set to be a crucial indicator at the beginning of the season of potential championship contenders.
