Yuki Tsunoda Unveils Shocking Contrasts Between Racing Bulls and Red Bull F1 Cars

In a jaw-dropping revelation, Yuki Tsunoda has exposed the significant disparities between the Racing Bulls and the Red Bull 2025 Formula 1 cars after getting behind the wheel of both machines.

Tsunoda’s transition to the Red Bull team for his home race in Japan, trading places with Liam Lawson, aimed to see if he could tame the challenging RB21 better than his less experienced counterpart. While his return in the Japanese Grand Prix was lackluster with a Q2 exit at Suzuka, Tsunoda made strides in Bahrain, managing the RB21’s tire degradation and corner balance issues to secure a ninth-place finish from a 10th-place starting position.

After experiencing two rounds in each car, Tsunoda was pressed about the distinctions between the VCARB 02 and the RB21, to which he candidly responded, “It’s not the same really.” He elaborated on the wider operating range of the VCARB, making it adaptable to various setups, whereas the RB21 demands a specific configuration and narrow operating window, posing a steep learning curve for him.

Despite the challenges of finding the optimal setup for the RB21, Tsunoda’s confidence in handling the Red Bull machine is on an upward trajectory. He emphasized the importance of gradually familiarizing himself with the car’s nuances to unlock its full potential, showcasing a pragmatic approach to his development with the RB21.

Tsunoda’s resilient mindset and methodical approach to mastering the Red Bull car are not going unnoticed. His willingness to experiment and adapt is a testament to his dedication to progress and improve, signaling a promising future with the team.

As Tsunoda continues to acclimate to the demands of the RB21, his synergy with the Red Bull outfit, particularly with teammate Max Verstappen, is poised to strengthen, setting the stage for an exciting evolution in his performance on the track.

The unfolding narrative of Tsunoda’s journey with the Racing Bulls and Red Bull F1 cars is a testament to his grit, determination, and unwavering commitment to success in the high-octane world of Formula 1.
