In the high-stakes world of Formula 1, Brazilian driver Gabriel Bortoleto is refusing to let early season struggles bring him down. Despite facing challenges in the first three races, Bortoleto remains optimistic, highlighting his strong pace that has closely matched his teammate, Nico Hulkenberg.

Bortoleto expressed his satisfaction with the team’s performance, stating, “The pace has been very positive…Honestly I’m quite happy how we started, how I started, the pace was straight on from Australia there.” The young driver emphasized the importance of comparing performance within the team, revealing that he and Hulkenberg have been neck and neck in both qualifying and race pace.

Acknowledging that they are not yet in a position to consistently compete for points, Bortoleto maintained a positive outlook, saying, “Sometimes the results they look harsher than they actually are.” Despite the challenges, the Brazilian driver remains determined and focused on continuing to improve as the season progresses.
