With Speedway Motorsports Inc. on board to oversee track management and ex-Formula 1 driver-turned-track designer Alex Wurz leading circuit improvements, Willow Springs is poised to emerge as a prime contender for hosting major racing series in the near future.
Sam Byrne conveyed the ambitious vision, stating, “We have to build a track that’s capable of hosting something really special.
