Young F1 driver Liam Lawson is not closing the door on a potential return to Red Bull after facing an unexpected demotion following a brief stint with the team. Lawson’s time with Red Bull was short-lived, with disappointing performances at the Shanghai International Circuit leading to his return to the Racing Bulls outfit.

Despite the setback, Lawson remains optimistic about his future in Formula 1, drawing parallels to Pierre Gasly’s career trajectory. Just like Gasly, who successfully rebuilt his career after being demoted, Lawson sees this as an opportunity to prove himself and potentially earn a comeback to the top tier team.

In a recent interview, Lawson expressed his focus on the present moment and his determination to showcase his skills with the Racing Bulls team. The young driver acknowledged that uncertainties lie ahead in his career but emphasized that his primary focus is on delivering strong performances on the track.

The decision to move Lawson back to the Racing Bulls team was aimed at boosting his confidence, with team management looking to help him rediscover his form. Lawson, who had hoped to shine at familiar tracks like Suzuka in Japan, was taken aback by the sudden swap back to the junior team but remains committed to making the most of the opportunity.

As he prepares to make his return to the Racing Bulls outfit, Lawson is eager to demonstrate his capabilities and prove that he belongs in the competitive world of Formula 1. With a positive attitude and a drive to succeed, Lawson is determined to make a strong comeback and showcase his potential in the upcoming races.
