Yuki Tsunoda Surprised by Red Bull’s RB21 Performance on Simulator

Japanese sensation Yuki Tsunoda recently expressed his astonishment at the performance of Red Bull’s RB21 Formula 1 car on the simulator. After intensive training at Milton Keynes, Tsunoda, who was swiftly moved from sister squad Racing Bulls to Red Bull, is gearing up for his debut with the team at the Japanese Grand Prix.

Despite having to cancel promotional events in Japan to focus on simulator training, Tsunoda’s dedication has paid off as he now feels well-prepared for the upcoming race at Suzuka. The young driver was initially apprehensive about the RB21’s handling based on his predecessor Liam Lawson’s struggles, but he has been pleasantly surprised by the car’s performance so far.

Tsunoda’s confidence received a significant boost following his recent simulator sessions. He emphasized the importance of feeling comfortable and understanding the car to achieve optimal performance. With a clear direction in mind for the Japanese GP weekend, Tsunoda is eager to hit the track and put his skills to the test.

Having completed two days of rigorous training on the simulator, Tsunoda remains cautiously optimistic about his readiness for the race weekend. While acknowledging the challenges ahead, he is determined to focus on fine-tuning the car’s setup during practice sessions to maximize his performance on the track.

The young driver’s journey from simulator training to real-world racing showcases his commitment to success and his relentless pursuit of excellence. As Tsunoda gears up for his debut with Red Bull, fans and critics alike are eager to witness his performance on the iconic Suzuka circuit.
