Novitec apresenta o Ferrari Purosangue com 746 cv

The USA has decided to impose a 25% tax on all imported cars, a measure that will affect European brands, some more than others, depending on where their vehicles are manufactured.

In the case of Ferrari, it is already known that all models are assembled in Italy, and therefore, all models produced by the Maranello company will be affected by the new measure imposed by the administration of President Donald Trump, which will come into effect on April 2.

Considering the impact of the American measure, Ferrari has decided to increase the prices of its sports cars by 10%; however, not all models will be affected by this increase, as the Maranello brand has chosen to absorb the costs for customers purchasing the 296, SF90, or Roma models. On the other hand, customers wishing to buy the Purosangue, 12Cilindri, and F80 will face the announced price increase.

Furthermore, Ferrari reminds customers that it will honor current prices for orders placed until April 2 for vehicles imported to the USA.

It is not certain that the price increase recently announced by Ferrari will have an impact on its customers, especially since the Italian brand continues to register growth in sales, and more than that, 40% of its customers are under 40 years old.

Last year, the brand sold a total of 13,752 units globally, of which 3,452 were shipped to the USA, representing 25.1% of total sales, making the North American market the largest market for Ferrari.

Moreover, even if demand were to decline, the company has already indicated that it has enough orders to maintain production until 2026, and is preparing to launch its first 100% electric model, which will arrive later this year.
