Cupra and the German tuner ABT are once again joining forces to create customized versions of the models from the VW Group brand. Starting in 2026, models such as the Cupra Leon and the Formentor will feature an exclusive edition developed in partnership with ABT, which will further enhance their design.

From the limited edition Formentor VZ5 BAT x ABT, with its impressive on-road performance, to our presence in competitions like Extreme E and Formula E, this partnership has contributed to sales growth and success on the tracks,” said Sven Schuwirth, Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Cupra. “We are taking a new step forward, leveraging this solid foundation to create variants of some of our most desired models, developed in the heart of Barcelona for customers around the world.”
The new versions will be available globally and promise to reflect the combination of Cupra’s challenging spirit and ABT’s high performance.
The new models featuring the signature of the German tuner will include a set of subtly distinctive design elements. Front and rear spoilers, side skirts, diffusers, aerodynamic components, as well as exclusive 21’’ ABT wheels that enhance the sporty stance of each model.
Cupra has already revealed that the collaboration with ABT will also be reflected later in the new Raval, the 100% electric urban car, which will hit the market later this year.
