Toto Wolff recusa condenar Christian Horner para investigação de má conduta da Red Bull.

A final determination regarding the investigation into Christian Horner’s inappropriate conduct is expected in the near future. Toto Wolff and Christian Horner have gained a notorious reputation in the Formula 1 community for their constant conflicts throughout a full season. Despite their history of ruthless attacks on each other, Wolff is taking a more restrained approach amidst the ongoing investigation into Horner’s behavior.

When asked about his thoughts on the investigation of inappropriate conduct involving Christian Horner, Toto Wolff surprised many by refusing to engage in any exchange of accusations or comment on his colleague’s situation. When pressed on the matter by Telegraaf, Wolff responded as follows, according to FormulaPassion:

Based on Wolff’s reaction, it is evident that he will refrain from commenting on Horner’s situation until a decision is made. Furthermore, he also expressed the belief that, for Formula 1 to progress in the right direction, there needs to be greater representation of women in the sport.

Although Toto Wolff has made it clear that he will not publicly address Christian Horner’s situation, there are strong indications that Horner’s position as team principal of Red Bull is seriously threatened. According to the Finnish journalist who hosts the F1 program on ViaPlay, it is only a matter of time before Horner is fired from his position.

In addition, recent reports have revealed that the independent lawyer hired by Red Bull GmbH to conduct the investigation has concluded their inquiry and submitted their findings to the board of directors of the Austrian team. An official announcement regarding the resolution of the controversy involving Horner is expected in the next few hours.

Under Christian Horner’s leadership, the Red Bull F1 team has achieved an impressive record, including 113 race wins, 264 podiums, 7248 points, and seven World Drivers‘ Championships. If Horner is indeed dismissed, finding a suitable replacement will undoubtedly be a challenging task for the decision-makers.
