Lewis Hamilton admite que não teve muito tempo para considerar a troca de $400 milhões para a Ferrari.

The change of Lewis Hamilton to Ferrari has always been a lifelong ambition for him. The seven-time world champion, who achieved great success with Mercedes by winning six championships, will be bidding farewell to the team after this season. His ultimate goal now is to win a championship with Ferrari, as it has always been his dream. Like any other fan, he wants the Ferrari chapter to be a significant part of his legacy. Hamilton revealed that one of the main factors that influenced his decision to join Ferrari was his past experience with the team boss, who had been his boss during his junior year. Keeping the agreement with Ferrari a secret, Hamilton surprised even his parents when he finally announced the news to them one day before the official announcement.

The opportunity to join Ferrari presented itself unexpectedly to Lewis Hamilton, and he made the decision to move to the Italian team on impulse. Despite being 39 years old at the time, the British driver trusted his instincts and seized the chance. Hamilton’s goal of winning an eighth championship will continue to drive him during his time with Ferrari. If he manages to achieve this feat, it would be a remarkable accomplishment and bring Ferrari back to the top of the F1 standings, a position they haven’t held since winning the Constructors’ title in 2008.

Contrary to popular belief that Hamilton’s stint with Ferrari will be short-lived, Brundle believes the opposite. While Hamilton will be forty years old when he starts racing for Ferrari, two-time world champion Fernando Alonso, who is 42 years old, has already proven that age is just a number and motivation is the key to staying competitive. Brundle predicts that Hamilton could compete for up to four years with Ferrari, but that primarily depends on his performance and determination throughout the rest of his career.
